About the Role

If you’re a solid full-stack developer who understands how modern websites are structured, we’ll get you up to speed quickly. Concrete CMS is our current platform and experience with it is a strong advantage, but it’s not a blocker.
You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to turn ideas into fast, secure, scalable digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Build, maintain, and enhance full-stack websites and landing pages for projects and their launches and sales.
Develop and refine front-end interfaces using clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Work on back-end logic, integrations, and CMS 肥老熟妇伦子伦456视频.
Implement design updates while preserving performance and stability.
Optimise websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and conversion.
Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and deployment problems.
Support analytics, tracking, forms, and third-party integrations.

Our Ideal ‘Person’ Would Be:
3+ years of hands-on full-stack web development experience
Confident with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and back-end fundamentals
Comfortable working with CMS platforms (Concrete CMS preferred, WordPress or similar is acceptable)
Understands how databases, servers, and front-end layers connect
Performance focused, with attention to load times, structure, and clean code
Proactive problem solver who doesn’t wait to be told what’s broken
Level-headed under pressure and reliable when deadlines matter
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design

Self-driven, reliable, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision
Our Work Conditions
This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Colombo office.
Standard work hours apply (flexible between 7:30 am and 19:00 pm).
