Product Review: WordPress Classroom

I have personally been a member WordPress Classroom for several years. I can also state that of all the training I have seen, Matt Wolfes WordPress Classroom is THE BEST training for using and optimizing WordPress. Now this is saying a lot, but it is true. I found WP training here and there after doing searches and wasting a lot of my valueable time and money, and then being disappointed from the outcome. Then I found a link to Matt’s FREE Videos. To be honest with you I learned more from the free videos than the training I purchased from other vendors. All this information in one place for one price…FREE.

I was totally amazed by the content and presentation. Another thing I liked was length of the videos, short and to the point. All of the training is focused to individual topics so you can find what you need quickly and easily.

So what kind of training is offered? Well below is a list of the free videos, so you can get an idea of what Matt has to offer.

Make Money With The WordPress Classroom 2.0

Now that you know the basic stuff, if you upgrade to WPC 2.0 Pro there are 59 videos (as of 30 August 2010) and new videos being added all the time. As a matter of fact you can request that Matt makes a specific video.

There is a very active forum on the site where you can learn from each others experiences as well as get specific direction from Matt (he is in there all the time). You also have a chance to help others in here. Did you know that by helping others that you can gain traffic and members for your site?

Within the forum there is even a specific area for creating Joint Ventures, ad trades, guest posting, and link trading. This can help you grow your business and make friends with other marketers in your niche.

Matt offer’s a Traffic Exchange area where you can add your site(s) and find other sites that you can comment on to create links to your site(s) and in turn others can comment on your site.

There are free WP Themes, bonus gifts and more.

I have not found much to complain about on this site. I have never been disappointed with anything about this site. Matt loves to get input from his clients and makes changes to please. He really cares about his members and wants people to feel at home.

I am still a member of WordPress Classroom and I’m not planning on moving anywhere else for a long time to come.

To Your Incredable Success!
Jay

  2. Hi Terry,

I think that Word Press is the future of websites, at least for the near term. So easy to work with and so many free plugins to make your site do anything you need.

  3. Howdy Jay,

You likely didn’t notice me hanging around outside your house in the bushes but I’ve been watching you, mister.

I’ve seen you help many new students in John Thornhill’s masterclass forum and man, I have learned some great stuff from you myself.

In fact, I now have the contact form I’ve always wanted – because of you.

A million thank yous for being one of the good guys Jay!

    Have a grand day, pal.

PS. I just joined your tribe, when do we smoke the peace pipe?

  4. Hey Barry,

It depends on what we’re smoking I guess. lol

I’m glad that people can learn and use informaton I put out there.

The WordPress Classroom Forum is just starting take off. We get into much more than just WP. It is pretty cool. If you have not signed in to get access to the free stuff of WP2 you really should. Then maybe check out the upgrade for a month and see if it will be worth being permanent in there. Matt has gone through clickbank, so you get to check it out for 60 days, then opt out if you don’t like it. But I think you’ll like it. Even as long as I’ve been on line, I learn a bunch of neet little tricks of the trade that hassaved me some big bucks!

    Don’t be a stranger…

  7. Hey Barry,

I hope you are doing better. I’m glad you stopped by.

The WPC is good just for the videos, but having access to Matt and the others in the forum is exceptional. Also what I like about it is there are people with a variety of niches and a lot of sharing going on. Some have video expertise, writing expertise and you get the idea. We all share our talents and trade expertice among ourselves.

Thanks for sharing with your readers. Talk to you soon.

  8. Hi Adam,
Have you seen the new WordPress Classroom 2? It is all of the original videos which have been updated to cover the new versions of WP, loads of additional videos, plus a forum, updated link exchange and access to Matt through the forum and email. This means that if you need a video on a specific topic and there is interest from a few more members, Matt creates it and publishes it.

Thanks for stopping by. I’ll have to get over to check out your site. Thanks for the invite.

  9. Hi Jay, this is great info, thanks. I stumbled on something free once that helped me enormously and find that is the biggest problem – the free stuff is something you just stumble on often. Marketers selling their courses hold the most viewed positions and the free stuff is usually just as good, or better, but hard to find.

    Enjoy the journey.

  10. Hi Jay

    Keep up the good work

  11. Hi Nick,

Matt does have the knack to do the videos and his new site is the bomb. So many ways to promote your site(s) and it is always good to have the forum to bounce ideas off of others and create joint ventures for our businesses.

I’ll look for you on the site.
    Jay
