The intensity of a person's exercise program definitely influences the benefits you can reap from exercising. I started with 30 minutes of exercise then increased it to 45 then to a full one hour. To be perfectly honest, I have never picked a keyword for any of my posts but I guess that was before.

I recently did an experiment with overcoming fear of recording myself on camera and I created a “7 day video review challenge”.

I reviewed 7 different items I’m currently using for Internet Marketing and surprisingly enough I’m getting some hits from natural searches on Google.

So I think in the end, I did something right! lol

Anyway, I enjoyed reading your article and I thought it would be nice to let you know this.
